Refund Policy
SBMC will not issue refunds after a child has played a sanctioned game or practice.
Before playing in a sanctioned game or practice, a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee of $50, will be issued.
Once a request is made, processing the refunds will take up to 30 days. If registration fees are paid by credit card, the refund will likely be credited directly to the applicable credit card. E-transfers will not be made.
When submitting requests for refunds, parents should submit the player's full name, their name and their correct mailing address.
