We are thrilled to host the Burnaby Blast SpeedFutbol Tournament this March 2026. This isn’t your typical soccer tournament – it’s a high-octane experience designed to isolate technique, foster creativity, and keep the energy high.
The SpeedFutbol Difference
SpeedFutbol offers a unique platform for player development. By condensing the game into a 4v4 format with the unique Sweeper-Keeper position, players are forced to make quick decisions and execute technique on command.
Tournament Format
Forget standing around waiting for the next match. This event is built for action:
- Non-Stop Action: Every team plays 5 games within a concise 2-hour event window.
- Fast-Paced Matches: Games are 15 minutes long with short 5-minute breaks.
- Small Rosters: Roster sizes are kept to 6–8 players to ensure maximum playing time.

- Location: Burnaby Lake Sports Complex – Field #2 (3677 Kensington Avenue)
- Cost: $325 per team
