SBMC Soccer for Girls
SBMC has always welcomed girls into our programs. Typical girls would play at the younger age groups on SBMC co-ed teams and later transfer to clubs with complete girls programs, such as Burnaby Girls Soccer Club.
With the diminishing all-girl clubs in Burnaby, SMBC has decided to venture into a more fulsome program for our female players. We had a successful season with an all-girl U8 team in the 2022-23 season and expanded the program into 6 all-girl teams in 2023-2024.
Currently, SBMC Soccer has all girl teams born in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, and we are looking for more girls born in 2014 and 2015.

At South Burnaby Metro Club, we aim to make soccer accessible to everyone, and we’re excited to welcome girls of all skill levels to our drop-in sessions for skill training. Prepare to Play - whether you’re new to the game or have been playing for years, come out and have fun with us!
