Registration Overview
Refund Policy
SBMC will not issue refunds after a child has played a sanctioned game, practice, camp or special event.
Before playing in a sanctioned game, practice, camp or special event, a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee of $50, will be issued.
Once a request is made, processing the refunds will take up to 30 days. If registration fees are paid by credit card, the refund will likely be credited directly to the applicable credit card. E-transfers will not be made. When submitting requests for refunds, parents should submit the player's full name, their name and their correct mailing address.

Payment Policy & Payment Plans
We know that every family's situation is unique, and we're happy to work with you to make our programs accessible. If needed, a payment plan would be available through the TeamSnap registration to help spread out the cost.
To ensure smooth participation, the full program fee must be paid before the season begins or before your child's first game. Players with outstanding balances will not be assigned to a team or allowed to participate until their account is up to date.
Our goal is to support all families while keeping registration and team placement fair for everyone. If you'd like to discuss payment options, please reach out to our registration team — we're happy to help!
Waitlist Policy
When a program or age group reaches full capacity, families have the option to register for our waitlist. As the season progresses, openings may occasionally become available, and we offer these spots to waitlisted players as team rosters are adjusted.
If your child is offered a spot from the waitlist, full payment must be received before they are officially assigned to a team. Failure to complete payment promptly may result in the spot being offered to the next child on the waitlist.
While we always do our best to accommodate all families, being waitlisted does not guarantee a placement. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide opportunities for all players.
Important Information when Applying for Subsidy
As you know, SBMC is proud and honored to work with you to bring soccer opportunities to more families, especially those who may be unfamiliar with registration or may not have the means to register on their own. To help support families and ensure smooth registration, we want to make sure everyone involved is aligned with the processes.
As you may be aware, we are asking families to create their own TeamSnap profiles. This step is crucial to ensure we have complete and accurate contact information for each family and a reliable way to communicate directly with them. Paper forms often result in spelling errors or incomplete details, which can make team assignments and communication more difficult.

- Spring Program: April – June (registration opens January/February)
- We have Two Programs:
- Regular League: Weekly practices and games; may require tryouts depending on age
- Monday Academy: Skill-focused training one night per week
- Important: Each program requires separate registration. Families using funding programs (Kidsport, Jumpstart, Athletics 4 Kids) may select only one program per child per year. Families who wish to enroll in both programs or seasons may do so by paying the additional fees themselves. Registration and any funding applications must be received by the specified deadlines to ensure team placement.
- Early Registration Encouraged:
- Waiting until the last minute may result in being waitlisted for popular programs or age groups
- Early sign-ups help ensure proper team placement and a smoother registration process
Depending on the child's age, registration for the regular league—whether spring or fall—may involve tryouts before team placement. This ensures that players are assigned to teams where they can develop their skills and enjoy a positive soccer experience.
Please also note that only registered participants with approved funding applications can be assigned to a team. Unregistered participants cannot be placed on a team for liability reasons.
